What Is ERIN
The Eastern Region Injury Network is a network comprised of injury prevention stakeholders in Eastern Ontario whose purpose is to facilitate collaboration and communication in order to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of injury prevention programs in Eastern Ontario.
The support from Coordinating Partners is key to realizing the vision of communities inEastern Ontario being safe places to live, work and play. ERIN provides an opportunity for sharing information, building community
capacity, identifying issues, and confirming regional priorities regarding
intentional and unintentional injury. ERIN requires the ongoing support of organizations with mandates for
planning, research, monitoring, enforcement, and service delivery in order to
successfully carry out its functions.
